These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website ambika-yoga.com and the purchase of tickets and memberships for events run by Jekaterina Matisone (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them carefully. They contain important information about your rights, including when you can and cannot cancel a purchase.

2. Definitions

  • “Customer”, “you” — any person who registers an account or places an order.
  • “Event” — a yoga class, workshop, course, retreat, or other session offered by the Studio.
  • “Ticket” — a purchase granting access to a specific Event on a specific date.
  • “Membership” — a recurring or fixed-term subscription granting access to Events under the conditions of the chosen plan.

3. Eligibility and accounts

To purchase tickets or memberships you must be at least [18] years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering and ordering.

4. Products, prices and availability

We sell Tickets and Memberships as described on our website. We aim to keep descriptions, prices, and availability accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing or description error after you order, we will contact you and you may confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.

All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Any additional fees (e.g. booking fees) will be displayed before you confirm your order. Spaces at Events are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Orders and contract formation

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfil your order (e.g. an Event is full or cancelled), we will inform you and refund any payment taken.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our payment provider Colibrix. We accept Visa, Master Card. We do not store full card details (see our Privacy Policy). If a recurring payment fails, we may suspend the associated Membership until payment is resolved.

7. Tickets for Events

Tickets are valid only for the specific Event and date shown. Unless stated otherwise:

  • Tickets are personal and may not be resold.
  • Tickets are transferable to another person if we are notified by email at least 24 hours before the Event.
  • Please arrive on time; late arrivals may be refused entry for safety reasons without a refund.

⚠️ Important — right of withdrawal does not apply to dated Events. Under Article 16(1)(l) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to leisure-activity services provided on a specific date or period. Event tickets therefore fall outside the statutory withdrawal right. Your own cancellation/refund policy in Section 9 governs these purchases instead.
